Cancellation Policy

At Neurodipity, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide the highest quality care to all our patients by ensuring that appointments are available when needed. Please review the following policy regarding cancellations and fees:

Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling

Notice Period: We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us the opportunity to allocate the appointment time to another patient in need of care.
How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call our office directly at 301 291 5272 during our regular business hours. If you are calling outside of business hours, you may leave a voicemail message with your name, the scheduled appointment time, and a contact number.

Cancellation Fee

Fee for Late Cancellation or No-Show: A fee of $50 will be charged for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice and for missed appointments without any prior notice.
Waiving the Fee: We understand that emergencies happen. The fee may be waived at the discretion of Neurodipity for extenuating circumstances. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

Insurance

Insurance Coverage: Please be aware that cancellation fees cannot be billed to your insurance company and are your direct responsibility. (superbill)
Payment: The cancellation fee is payable by debit or credit card and is due by your next appointment.
